Titanium heat exchanger has been widely used in power plants which apply seawater as a coolant, and also used for chemical plants to heat or cool liquid and gas materials which can make conventional materials such as stainless steel, copper alloys and so on.
Recently, since corrosion resistance as well as safety and reliability are required in the food industry, titanium double tube heat exchangers and small multi-tube heat exchangers have been used in practical level.
In our company, we make use of the technology which we are good at, forging a tube sheet and finishing it by machining.
The material of the tube sheet will be proposed such as Gr.2, Gr.3, palladium alloy (Gr.7) according to the conditions of use.
We also have a U-bend tube system, so we can manufacture a U-tube heat exchanger and handle atmospheric oxidation for the prevention of hydrogen absorption.
